Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and customised/personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at returns@haloabaya.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you would like instead.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging in your email to returns@haloabaya.com.
  • We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Halo Abaya is not responsible for lost return parcels.
  • Refunds for international orders may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
